Shipping and delivery (marine livestock)

Dispatch scheduling

Live marine fish are dispatched on an agreed dispatch date once the specimen has completed preparation and is cleared for release. Availability is low-volume and criteria-led.

Delivery service

  • We ship livestock via UK next-day delivery (service level confirmed at dispatch).

  • Delivery availability can vary by postcode and carrier network conditions.

Packaging standard

All livestock is packed for stability in transit using insulated packaging, oxygenated sealed bags, and temperature management when required.

Receiving your delivery

  • A responsible adult must be available to receive the delivery on the first delivery attempt.

  • We do not recommend safe-place delivery for livestock.
