These terms apply to purchases from Extreme Marine Labs.

Live marine livestock

  • Livestock dispatch is scheduled once a specimen is cleared for release under our protocol.

  • Once livestock has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned due to welfare and biosecurity.

Guarantees

  • Live Arrival (DOA) and Condition Guarantee terms are set out in our Refund Policy and Guarantee and Delivery information.

  • Guarantees do not limit your statutory rights.

Customer responsibilities

  • Please ensure your delivery address details are correct and that someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt.

  • The customer is responsible for providing a suitable environment for the species ordered.

Pricing and errors

We reserve the right to correct listing errors (including pricing, availability, or specification). If this affects your order, we will contact you promptly with options.
